How Do I Place An Order?
You can place an order by select shop menu,select the sandals picture which you like,add cart and make payment by either paypal if you are outside the Tanzania country or by checkout if you are within a country through Tigo pesa.
Payment & Shipping
After reviewing your order with our delivery associate, you will be able to pay either in cash through Tigo Pesa or on Dollar through pay pal and other means of payements. If you don't like what you got, you always have the option to hand it back to our delivery associate without paying. (Please note that sealed items can not be unsealed before you pay).
Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted between 8.00 am to 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays.
All products on our site are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive your order on time.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control on us
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g. if you bypassed our site)
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this contact us on any ways which we provide to you on our site .
Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by us for every product they sell on our site
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems (according to us the set of returns guarantees).You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us.
Scope of Guarantee
All products on our have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the seller offers Easy Returns)
Return Shipping Fee
If you agreed with us to return your item, please also check the shipping terms of us. If the we pays the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how the we will pay you back the shipping fee.
